We price most of our Specialty Grains in ounces so we can keep our inventory organized. When you click on one of the products. Scroll down and see if you see the lb option under "Customers Who Bought This Item Also Bought". If you don't see that choice then select 16 ounces to order a pound.
Under each product pay attention to the options and choose the needed option values for both Milling and Bagging. We will prepare each order as they are presented to us. We don't offer refunds for incorrect selections.
